Supported Psilocybin Services

Supported Psilocybin Services2025-11-03T16:38:55-08:00

Welcome to Your Journey of Exploration

I offer legal, trauma-informed psilocybin facilitation designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Whether you’re new to this work or ready to deepen your exploration, our time together is about preparing to do the meaningful inner work that leads to real change—supported by safety, care, and trust.

Together, we’ll create a thoughtful, sacred container for your experience—one that honors your pace, your story, and your autonomy. Whether you’re feeling curious, navigating transition, or longing for clarity and connection, this work invites you to return home to yourself.

How does it work?

Step 1 – Preparing for the Journey

2, 1-hour video call sessions

Preparation is a vital part of the psychedelic journey. Before sitting with psilocybin, we take time together to clarify your intentions, build trust, and create a safe foundation for your experience. These sessions are an opportunity to explore what’s bringing you to this work — what you’re hoping to release, understand, or invite in — while developing tools to navigate the journey itself.

In our prep sessions, we’ll discuss what to expect physically, emotionally, and energetically, along with practices to help you stay grounded and connected throughout your experience. You’ll have space to ask questions, express any fears or curiosities, and begin forming a relationship with the medicine and with yourself in this process.

My goal is to help you feel ready — not just prepared logistically, but supported and empowered to engage with psilocybin as a partner in your own healing and self-discovery.

Step 2 – Supported Psilocybin Journey Day

Journey Day is a full-day immersive experience (typically 9:30 AM – 6 PM) held in a licensed psilocybin service center designed for comfort, safety, and inner exploration. On this day, you’ll work closely with me as your facilitator to navigate your psilocybin experience with care and intention in a supported container.

A supported container means that everything—from the physical environment to emotional support—is intentionally structured to allow you to fully let go and turn inward. Unlike being at home or with friends, where you might feel pressure to “manage” the experience or tend to external needs, here you are held by someone trained to track your process moment to moment, ensuring you feel safe and supported throughout your journey.

This setting also provides space for emotional expression, creative insight, and deep rest—all within an environment where you don’t have to worry about what’s happening around you. The day unfolds naturally, with time for grounding, reflection, and gentle reintegration before you return home.

Many people describe this as one of the most meaningful days of their lives—a chance to connect deeply with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and rediscover clarity, peace, and purpose.

Step 3 – Integration

2, 1-hour sessions after the journey

Integration is where the real transformation happens. After your psilocybin journey, we meet in a video call for 2, 1-hour sessions to help you unpack your experience, make sense of what arose, and begin translating insights into action. This is typically a few days after the journey and 2 weeks after the journey.

These sessions offer space to reflect on emotions, imagery, or memories that surfaced during your journey, and to explore how they relate to your current life. Integration helps bridge the gap between the expanded awareness of the experience and the practical steps of living more intentionally and authentically.

We’ll use grounded conversation, reflection, and simple tools to support your ongoing process—whether that means adjusting habits, tending to relationships, nurturing creativity, or deepening self-compassion.

The goal is to honor what was revealed and ensure it becomes a meaningful part of your healing and growth.

Who do you typically work with?2025-10-19T19:41:57-07:00

I work with adults who are seeking healing, clarity, and personal growth—especially those who feel ready for change but aren’t sure where to begin. Many of the people I support are navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, or periods of uncertainty and self-reflection.

I specialize in working with women, entrepreneurs, creatives, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who are exploring identity, burnout, or self-worth. I also support neurodivergent adults and those who are moving through grief, loss, or major shifts in their sense of purpose.

Some people come to this work feeling anxious, depressed, or stuck. Others are seeking spiritual connection, creative inspiration, or a deeper understanding of themselves. Whatever brings you here, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to explore your inner world safely and intentionally.

How do I prepare for a psilocybin session?2025-10-19T19:35:00-07:00

Preparation includes both logistical and emotional readiness. Together, we will hold 2 prep calls to explore your intentions, discuss safety and set expectations for the journey. You’ll also receive guidance on how to mentally and physically prepare. My role is to help you feel grounded and supported before you step into your session.

What types of sessions do you offer?2025-10-19T19:34:43-07:00
  • 1:1 Psilocybin Journeys: Low or high-dose sessions, including prep and integration support.

  • Group Sessions (2 or more people).

How do I know if I’m ready for psilocybin?2025-03-22T22:23:06-07:00

Feeling “ready” is deeply personal. Many people come to psilocybin when they feel stuck, are navigating grief, burnout, or life transitions, or are seeking clarity and self-discovery. You may be ready if you feel open to exploring your inner world with support, have curiosity about deepening your self-awareness, or are interested in integrating new insights into your life.

If you’re unsure, we can discuss your intentions during a free exploratory call and decide together if now is the right time.

What is integration and why is it important?2025-03-22T22:22:11-07:00

Integration is the process of making sense of your psilocybin journey and weaving the insights gained into your everyday life. After your session, we’ll have two integration calls where we’ll reflect on your experience, explore emotions or themes that surfaced, and discuss actionable ways to apply your insights. Integration is a vital part of the process—it helps you ground, process, and turn your experience into meaningful, lasting change.

Do I need to live in Oregon to access psilocybin services?2023-10-23T01:05:29-07:00

You do not need to live in Oregon to access psilocybin services. To access psilocybin services, you must be 21 years of age or older and participate in a preparation session with a licensed facilitator before you will be able to participate in an administration session (the session when psilocybin is consumed at a licensed service center) and subsequent integration sessions.

How do psilocybin products get to a service center in Oregon?2023-10-23T00:51:46-07:00

1. Psilocybin products are cultivated, produced and/or processed by a licensed manufacturer. They are tracked in a product tracking system.

2. The products are tested by a licensed testing laboratory. The lab must be accredited by the Oregon Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ORELAP). The test results are entered into the product tracking system.

3. The products are sold or transferred from a licensed manufacturer to a licensed service center. This is tracked in the product tracking system.

How does a client access Oregon psilocybin services?2023-10-23T00:50:13-07:00

First, to provide these services, a licensed facilitator must complete:

• A training program with curriculum approved by OPS
• An exam administered by OPS, and
• All other license requirements

After the facilitator is licensed, facilitators can work with clients who are 21 and over and who qualify. A licensed facilitator will help you understand if it is the right time and the right fit for you both.

The client meets with a licensed facilitator for a preparation session. There may be several preparations sessions to get both the client and the facilitator ready for an administration session.

After determining a good fit for both client and facilitator, and administration session is scheduled. The client consumes the product at the service center and begins their session with a licensed facilitator.

The client and the facilitator schedule an integration session for a couple of days out from the psilocybin session. This is a session to follow up with a facilitator and learn about additional peer support and other resources.

What is the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act?2023-10-23T00:43:53-07:00

Ballot Measure 109 (M109) is also known as the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act. It was voted into law by Oregonians in November 2020. It is codified in Oregon Revised Statutes in ORS 475A. M109 directs Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to license and regulate psilocybin products and the provision of psilocybin services. Oregon is the first state in the U.S. to create a regulatory framework for psilocybin services

In Oregon, “psilocybin services” refers to preparation, administration and integration sessions provided by a licensed facilitator. The psilocybin products consumed must be cultivated or produced by a licensed psilocybin manufacturer and may only be provided to a client at a licensed psilocybin service center during an administration session.

Psilocybin services are available to people age 21 or older and will not require a prescription or medical referral. People accessing psilocybin services are called “clients”.

Research suggests psilocybin may help address depression, anxiety, trauma and addiction. Studies have also found it can increase spiritual well-being. To learn more about the research on psilocybin benefits and risks, see the 2021 Oregon Psilocybin Advisory Board Rapid Evidence Review. It is available in English and Spanish.

Psilocybin is a naturally occurring psychedelic compound. It is found in over 200 species of fungi (mushrooms). For centuries Indigenous and Tribal communities around the world have used psilocybin for spiritual, ceremonial and other purposes. Psilocybin services will soon be an option in Oregon. However, psilocybin is still a Schedule I substance under the Federal Controlled Substances Act.
